– University entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) from a business-focused grammar school
– Studied psychology at the University of Freiburg, graduated as Diplom-Psychologe (equivalent M.Psych.)
– Certified psychological coach (Professional Association of German Psychologists)
– Training in systemic coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Zurich Resource Model (ZRM)
– 6 years’ experience as an HR officer, including with the German Development Service (now GIZ)
– Self-employed since 2003 as a personnel consultant and coach, with own office
– 25 years’ experience in personnel selection and outplacement
– 22 years’ experience in career advice and coaching
